New Bathroom Fitted in Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, | Case Study

new-modern-bathroom-refurbishment-south-wales

This property needed more than one room to be updated. The aim was to carry out a wider refurbishment before moving in, improve how the layout worked, and bring the whole house to a more consistent standard.

This was a focused bathroom project, with each stage needing to happen in the right order to achieve a clean final result.

  • conversion from an unused room
  • new plumbing feeds installed
  • new waste pipe installed
  • shower enclosure installation
  • vanity basin installation
  • toilet installation
  • wall and floor tiling
  • heated towel radiator fitting
  • sealing and finishing

The work was completed in 10 days, with the sequence planned so plumbing, fitting, tiling, heating, and final sealing could move forward without clashes between stages.

The completed bathroom turned an unused room into a practical, finished space with a shower enclosure, vanity basin, toilet, tiled surfaces, and heated towel radiator all working together properly.

The transformation was dramatic. The dated house was turned into a modern, open‑plan family home with a fresh new bathroom. Our client was delighted with the result and told us:

“Cooksey Renovation completely transformed our home. The house looks modern and fresh, and Lance kept us informed throughout the project.”
