TV Layout and Built-In Storage

The visit reviews wall dimensions, viewing position and the actual size of your TV and soundbar. Shelves and cupboards are planned around the equipment and belongings you want to store, with mounting support and room circulation considered together.

Cable Routes and Equipment Access

Power, aerial and audio-visual cable routes are agreed with the device positions before the build is closed. Sockets, equipment ventilation and access for servicing or replacing cables are planned, with any electrical changes included in the agreed scope.

Our Process

Agree Equipment First

Lance starts with a site visit to review the wall, TV, storage and equipment. The layout, cable routes and any fire requirements are agreed before the written quote records the build and related work. Construction and service provision are coordinated before boarding or cabinetry closes the feature. Finishes follow, then the TV and agreed equipment are fitted with access and operation checked for the chosen layout.

Can any wall take a media unit?

Lance did multiple visits to us before starting work to ensure the best end result, our bathroom was a difficult refurbishment to say the least, but the final result is a testament to Lance and the teams skill and determination.

When the work was being completed they were clean and tidy, often worked incredibly long days and kept me informed on any changes or challenges. He worked with us to keep to our budget updated us on any additional material charges.

My neighbour even commented on how friendly and polite they all were.

When I moved into my house, I knew there was gonna be a lot of work to do following previous leaks in the en suite and previous bad workmanship. All the team were professional, trustworthy and skilled in how they transformed my house. They kept everything clean and tidy (I even caught them hoovering my doorstep at one stage!) and made the house useable in between their working days. I had a very specific vision and they were able to make my dreams come to life and I’m so pleased with the end result.
They ripped out my old suites, replaced rotten floor boards, rebuilt damaged walls and install all new paperwork. Nothing was too much trouble and they were also the most competitive quote I received.
I have a kitchen and artexed ceilings to be renovated in the new year and there is no one else I would consider using.
