Measurements and Supplier Plans

Bring your supplier drawings, unit list and appliance details to the visit. Room dimensions, openings and service positions are checked against the layout, with supply, delivery and installation responsibilities agreed before fitting begins.

Cabinets, Panels and Appliances

Base and wall cabinets are fitted to the agreed plan, with levelling, alignment and fixing suitability considered. Fillers, end panels, plinths and integrated appliance housings are coordinated with the supplied units and specified finishes.

Services and Connections

The sink, cooking area and appliance positions guide the agreed plumbing, electrical and extraction work. Service preparation is coordinated before cabinet installation, with final connections and any required certification assigned to the relevant trades.

Worktops and Final Adjustments

Worktop material, measurements and sink or hob cut-outs are confirmed with the fitting arrangements. The agreed scope identifies joints, final door and drawer adjustments and any making good, with responsibility for supply and installation set out in the quote.

Our Process

Check the Plan, Then Prepare the Room

Lance starts with a site visit to check the room and supplier plan. Preparation, delivery and connection responsibilities are recorded in the written quote. The agreed strip-out and service preparation come before cabinet fitting. Worktops, final connections and door and drawer adjustments follow in order. Any wider room renovation or structural changes are scoped separately, with Lance coordinating the trades and updates.

Lance did multiple visits to us before starting work to ensure the best end result, our bathroom was a difficult refurbishment to say the least, but the final result is a testament to Lance and the teams skill and determination.

When the work was being completed they were clean and tidy, often worked incredibly long days and kept me informed on any changes or challenges. He worked with us to keep to our budget updated us on any additional material charges.

My neighbour even commented on how friendly and polite they all were.

When I moved into my house, I knew there was gonna be a lot of work to do following previous leaks in the en suite and previous bad workmanship. All the team were professional, trustworthy and skilled in how they transformed my house. They kept everything clean and tidy (I even caught them hoovering my doorstep at one stage!) and made the house useable in between their working days. I had a very specific vision and they were able to make my dreams come to life and I’m so pleased with the end result.
They ripped out my old suites, replaced rotten floor boards, rebuilt damaged walls and install all new paperwork. Nothing was too much trouble and they were also the most competitive quote I received.
I have a kitchen and artexed ceilings to be renovated in the new year and there is no one else I would consider using.
